We are a new, state licensed property management company that is looking to help you manage your vacation property(ies). Montana Vacation Properties Management

We provide a full spectrum of detailed services to our homeowners including but not limited to:

1. Marketing and advertising of the home
2. Adjusting rental rates and discount rates throughout the season to ensure maximum occupancy
3. Collecting any legal documents and rent payments from our guest.
4. Providing each owner with monthly revenue reports of their rental, by the 15th of each month.
5. Scheduling, cleaning and conduct detailed inspections of the home before and after each guest
6. Coordinating all guest and contract workers access to the home
7. Provide guest(s) with additional housekeeping and concierge services when requested
8. We prepare and pay all lodging taxes, credit card merchant fees (shared with owners)
9. We will ensure excellent customer service by providing guest with a 24/7 emergency contact number while staying in your home(s)
10. We will communicate with our home owners on any and all issues that fall outside of our rental management contract and daily responsibilities that may require an owner authorization and/or may affect rentals
11. Finding a reliable contractor for any maintenance job(s)

We can list your home on other websites including VRBO.com, FlipKey.com, Homeaway.com, and Clearstay.com.  These listings are optional and the only cost to you is if your home books through one of these services. There is a one time option as well, which in the long run will probably save you money. We can discuss those options.
